1922 New York city is bustling with life, but for one person, life is going by a little differently. Ruby. She is a show girl singing on the stages of New York, but her life changes when her best friend Cindy is kidnapped. Teaming up with Cindy's boyfriend, Ricky, the two must risk everything to get Cindy back. Once Cindy is out of harms way, things really do take a turn for Ruby, as her world is turned upside down, and she realizes, that maybe her world doesn't exist in the way she think's it does.
