COLLIN KELLY & JACKSON LANZING—known colloquially as “The Hivemind”—are screenwriters and New York Times best-selling comic book creators known for Joyride (BOOM! Studios), Star Trek: Year Five (IDW), Captain America: Sentinel of Liberty (Marvel), Batman Beyond: Neo-Year (DC Comics), Wifwulf (Vault), and Alyssa Milano’s Hacktivist (Archaia). Their most recent graphic novel, Dark One, was written in collaboration with superstar novelist Brandon Sanderson and debuted at #1 on the Amazon Fantasy Graphic Novel list and #5 on the Barnes & Noble Best Seller/Top 100 list. Together, they have collaborated on over 100 single issues, co-starred in two tabletop liveplay series of their own design (Vast and Champions of the Earth), and written all thirteen episodes of YouTube Originals’ first animated series, Kings of Atlantis. He served as an executive producer of the television adaptation of the comic book Paper Girls. Cantwell is also a writer, producer, and director of television. He is best known as one of the two co-creators of the TV series Halt and Catch Fire, for which he served as a producer, showrunner, screenwriter, and director. He also directed the 2019 film The Parts You Lose.
