Kael Tudor schreibt Bücher für Kinder. Schon in jungen Jahren begann er, seine eigenen Geschichten zu schreiben, inspiriert von den Büchern, die er auf Schulmessen und Flohmärkten kaufte. Als Erwachsener schreibt er immer noch Geschichten, aber hoffentlich etwas besser als früher. Kael lebt in Port Talbot, Südwales.Nicola Slater hat Illustration in Buckinghamshire studiert und dadurch ihre Liebe zu Kinderbüchern entdeckt. Sie hat sowohl für englische als auch für amerikanische Verlage schon viele Bücher illustriert. Mit ihrer Familie lebt sie heute in Cheshire im Nordwesten Englands.
